Let's get started.
First of all, Windows 10 wants you to set up a user account for each person who will use your computer. A user account acts as a name tag at a cocktail party, it helps Windows recognize who's at the keyboard.
Windows offers three types of user accounts: Administrator, Standard, and Guest. (It also offers a special Standard account for children, but more on that later.)
For starters: To use your computer, click on your account's name and picture when the Windows Login screen appears, when you have entered the correct password, you may use the computer with the rights that your user account has!
So! IF EVERYONE LOGS ON TO THE COMPUTER, WHY DO WE NEED DIFFERENT ACCOUNT TYPES?
AND WHY SHOULDN'T EVERYONE USE ADMIN ACCOUNTS?
Let's pretend the computer is a condominium:
-The administrator account would then belong to the board
-each property has a Standard account (key to THEIR specific apartment, as well as access to common areas, such as garages etc)
-and the guest account would be assigned to the visitors who are NOT living in the property, e.g. Postmen, stair cleaners, etc.
It's actually that simple! No residents shall have free access to places where they may harm themselves or the facilities of the property.. So they do not get access to engine rooms for elevators etc. Nor should they have free access to THE OTHER'S apartments, etc..
In other words, different account types are used to give different people different rights to do things..

AND JUST THE SAME IS WITH ALL PCs (NOT ONLY WINDOWS PCs)

So now, when you know why there are different account types, and why they have different rights..
So now it may be time to learn what the different account types are and what they are used for:

Administrator: The administrator controls the entire computer, decides who can use it and what each user can do on it. On a computer running Windows, it is usually the owner who holds the password to the all-powerful Administrator account.

With this account, the owner can create Standard user accounts for each household member (including the owner's own user account) And since the Administrator's account can control almost everything on the computer, it's a really bad idea to use this as even everyday account.

Why! This is because each malicious script, file, etc. is ALWAYS executed with your own rights.. So if you are logged in as an administrator when a malware (or a hacker) hits you, they too will also become Administrators in your computer..

-This is because all the code you are running is executed with your user rights. Every malware (or hacker) you encounter inherits your user rights!

AND YOU REALLY DON'T WANT MALWARE (OR HACKERS) TO GET ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS IN YOUR COMPUTER!
The only way to PREVENT them FROM obtaining administrative rights is for YOU TO USE A STANDARD USER-ACCOUNT YOURSELF!

This is why Microsoft created Standard User Accounts in Windows!

And this is why Microsoft created the UAC-control! So standard-user accounts CAN allow things to run with administrative rights without forcing the user to log off and sign in as Admin, and then back again!

Standard-account: Users with a Standard account can access almost everything in the computer, but they can't make system-wide changes, nor can they access other users' files, etc. A default user also cannot install new applications, but they can run existing applications. If you are hit by a malicious software (or a hacker) when you log in with a Standard User Account, they only inherit your user rights. This means that they simply do NOT get permission to change anything system critical, they can not access other users files, they can not create files in the system folders They also can not make changes to the system part of the registry!

They become, so to speak, powerless, compared to the powers they wish they could obtain!
And NO! Since a standard account prevents up to 94% of all Windows and Office vulnerabilities, the malware (or hacker) makes it very difficult to use vulnerabilities to usain admin or system rights. This is yet another reason for EVERYONE to use standard accounts.

So, simply by deciding to stop logging in as an Administrator all the time, and instead use a standard account, then you secure your computer MUCH, MUCH BETTER THAN ANY anti-virus software can IF you would continue to log in with an administrator account at all time! Don't forget this!

Guest-account: Guests can use the computer, but the computer does not recognize them by name. Guest accounts work much like Standard accounts but without privacy: Anyone can sign in to a Guest Account (If it is now enabled, which, for example, it is not in a WinGuider-insallation), and the desktop will look just like the last guest left it.
It's like the name says: an account for guests who only use the computer once or so!

Children's account: The child account setting is really just a Default account where the administrator has enabled family safety features to. This account type allows the parent to use to set things like: screen time, What websites are allowed to visit when using Edge, decide which apps and games the child can run and buy etc.
This account type gives the parent some control over what their child can and cannot do!

Microsoft-account: Is not really an account type in itself!
A Microsoft account is simply one of the above account types that has been connected to one of Microsoft's online email accounts. With a Microsoft account, you can access all Microsoft apps without having to sign in each time, and this account type syncs lots of settings across devices (different PCs) using the cloud.
Microsoft accounts are used to get more use of Windows, with e.g. APPS from the Microsoft store, you get automatic backup via OneDrive, OneNote is a digital notebook, All Microsoft apps can be downloaded to your phone and give you access to your photos and documents etc. Wherever you are, via your computer or mobile.

And since all Microsoft accounts are actually online email accounts, anyone, anywhere on the internet can access them, therefore it is EXTRA IMPORTANT that these accounts are protected by EXTRA secure passwords, which, among other things, you get from using the WinGuider-method to create more secure passwords!

BEST PRACTICE is that, during the installation of Windows, always create a local standard-user account for each user, who then logs on to the computer with a preset password, and connects this account, via the Start button, "gearwheel" and ACCOUNTS, to their main online Microsoft email account. From this moment on, they will use the password to their online Microsoft email account to sign in to this computer. The previously preset password will thus be decommissioned! All logins are then done with e-mail account password..

Upon sign-in, each user receives their assigned rights. The user cannot get administrator rights if they do not know the password to the PCAdmin-account.

NOTE! All users who know the password to the PCAdmin account IS admin on the computer even though they did not log on to the computer with an administrator's account! (it is therefore a separate, dedicated Administrator's account is needed!)

Microsoft has totally failed to create an installation process for Windows that accomplishes any of this.
At the end of the setup process when creating the PCAdmin account, Microsoft instead tries to trick private people into signing in with their Microsoft accounts.. And since 1st created user account ALWAYS BECOMES A MEMBER OF THE ADMINISTRATORS GROUP, this Microsoft account becomes the computer's Administrator account (but Microsoft never tells you this!)

And the computer becomes extremely vulnerable because the user HAS WAY TOO HIGH RIGHTS so everything malicious inherits these way to hogh ritgs from the user
(But Microsoft NEVER tells you this either).

Every malicious software (or hacker) will inherit the user's administrative rights.. And this is the single biggest reason why Windows has always been the most virus-infected operating system of them all! This way of installing an operating system, is very different from how, let's say, linux is installed..

Linux always has a separate dedicated Administrators account (called ROOT) and each Linux user uses a default USER account. Linux also has a UAC function, but in linux it is called: SUDO.

IF Microsoft instead had an ACCURATE installation process, such as the one WinGuider offer you, an Administrator account, let's call it PCAdmin, had been created and the user (who installs Windows) then had GUIDED  to create the correct STANDARD user accounts for each intended user of the computer, Just as WinGuider does!
If microsoft did this then this would make Windows much more hardened against viruses, trojans and hackers..
But until then, WinGuider may give you all that  what Microsoft can't give you! (A proper help!)

And WinGuider gives you this help cheaper (and better) than your local computer store usually does (your local computer store usually never creates a separate DEDICATED Administrator's account, and they usually don't create your user accounts as a standard user account either!) They usually follow the incorrect "Microsoft way" installation process, leaving your computer wide open to all sorts of malware+´s and attacks! And it is hardly a disadvantage in their eyes since you are likely to return to them when your computer has been hit by viruses, Trojans, etc..

Now you know WHY WinGuider exist, and what WinGuider helps YOU to achieve!

This article should have given you a better understanding of how Windows works, and why there are different user account types..

- and you should now know why each computer needs a separate, dedicated Administrator account (like PCAcmin in WinGuider-installed computers)
- and why EVERYONE (including the owner) should use standard user accounts.. (That's why this account type exists!)

By doing this, you have effectively hardened (made much safer) your windows computer. Once and for all!
You then avoid lots of common computer problems, as these can no longer occur and you do not have to clean your computer every now and then..

All of this is a natural result of installing your Windows PC through WinGuiders installation guides.. A security that hardens even more through WinGuider's UNIQUE help files..
Help files that you simply can't find anywhere else...
